Arnold Classic Weekend

Hey All...

This weekend is the Arnold Classic. For those not in the know, it's a very big Bodybuilding and Fitness Expo and show here in Columbus Ohio, founded and run by the Govenator himself. It's a tradition for me to attend and I have landed several, non-Paladin, freelance gigs over the years. I was so busy getting things set for this show that I didn't have a chance to update the ol Blog so....
